Boil Advisory

Due to damage to a water main in the area, EFRW is issuing a Voluntary Boil Advisory for customers on Old South Drive and Liberty Highway. EFRW Crews are working to restore service as soon as possible. When service is restored, customers may experience tinted water. EFRW Crews will be flushing as needed. Customers should boil water prior to consumption until further notice.

Boil Advisory Lifted

The Boil Advisory issued on Tuesday, January 27th has been lifted. Samples submitted to the Department of Health and Hospitals have been cleared and water is considered safe for consumption.

Customers in the Town of Clinton may experience tinted water over the course of the next several days as a result of fire hydrant testing that has been conducted by the Clinton Fire Department. East Feliciana Rural Water System will be monitoring and flushing the distribution system as needed to clear any tinted water from the water mains.
