Boil Advisory
October 10, 2025
East Feliciana Rural Water has issued a Boil Advisory for customers on Hwy 68 from 7512 to 8351 and customers on Miller Road. Swyft Fiber and affiliated subcontractors have hit a 4 inch water main. EFRW crews are working to restore service as soon as possible. Customers in the area may experience brown water when service is restored. Customers should boil thier water prior to consumption until further notice.

The Boil Advisory issued on September 13th has been lifted. Samples submitted to the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospital have been cleared and water is considered safe for consumption. Please pass this notice on to your neighbors

East Feliciana Rural Water has issued a Boil Advisory for Lindsey Lane and Timber Lane due to a damaged 6 inch water main. Crews are working to restore service as soon as possible. Customers should boil their water prior to consumption until further notice.
