Boil Advisory

Flushing 

June 10 - 11, 2026

East Feliciana Rural Water will be performing aggressive flushing beginning at 9 am on Wednesday, June 10th and will continue through June 11th.  Customers could experience low pressure and tinted water over the next several days while EFRW works to clean and flush out water mains.  The system will maintain pressure and chlorination as required by LDH and will NOT issue a Boil Advisory at this time.

East Feliciana Rural Water has issued a Boil Advisory for customers in Highland Lakeshore Subdivision due to damage that occurred to a 6 inch water main while DEMCO was setting a pole.  Crews have made repairs and are flushing lines.  Customers should boil their water prior to consumptions until further notice.
